What you can do before you pay

Downloading Mova is free. Before you choose a membership, you answer the onboarding questions and see a preview of your walking plan: your daily step goal and the shape of your first weeks. There is no free version of Mova after that point; using your plan, workouts, step tracking and progress needs a membership.

Both include the same Mova: your personalized plan, the walking workouts and Programs, daily step tracking and your progress. Prices can differ per country and may include taxes. Apple or Google decides whether you’re eligible for the trial.

How the free trial works

  • The trial starts when you choose the yearly membership in the app.
  • If you don’t cancel before the trial ends, the yearly membership starts and you are charged.
  • You can cancel during the trial in the App Store or Google Play; you keep access until the trial ends.

Renewal

Memberships renew automatically for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The store shows your renewal date.

How to cancel

Mova can’t cancel a membership for you; Apple and Google handle it. Deleting the app or your Mova account does not cancel your membership.

  • iPhone: open the App Store, tap your profile picture, then Subscriptions, choose Mova and cancel.
  • Android: open Google Play, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions, choose Mova and cancel.

After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Nothing is deleted when your membership ends: you can still export or delete your data, and features that need a membership are locked until you subscribe again.

Refunds

Payments are handled by Apple or Google. For App Store purchases, only Apple can give refunds: request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play purchases, ask Google within 48 hours of the purchase; after that, email support@movawalk.com with your Google Play order number.

  • If you were charged when your free trial ended or your membership renewed, and you ask within 14 days of that charge, we refund that charge in full.
  • If you were charged twice, or for a purchase you didn't make, we refund it.
  • We look at any other request case by case.

We reply within 5 working days. A refund ends your membership straight away; your data is kept. Nothing here limits the rights you have under the consumer law of the country where you live. The full rules are in the terms.

New phone or reinstalling

Sign in with the same account and restore your purchase in the app. Your membership is tied to your App Store or Google Play account.
