Cancel your membership

Apple and Google handle Mova memberships, so you cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions. Mova's Membership screen takes you straight there. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

Cancel from Mova

  1. Tap the round profile button at the top right of Today, then Membership.
  2. Tap Manage subscription. Your App Store or Google Play subscriptions open.
  3. Cancel there (steps below).

You change or cancel your membership in your App Store account settings. Mova never cancels it for you. (On Android: in your Google Play subscriptions.)

Cancel in the store

On iPhone or iPad

  1. Open the Settings app and tap your name.
  2. Tap Subscriptions.
  3. Tap Mova.
  4. Tap Cancel Subscription. You may need to scroll down.

If there’s no Cancel button, or you see an expiry date in red, the subscription is already cancelled. (Apple’s instructions)

On Android

  1. Open the Google Play app.
  2. Tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  3. Tap Mova.
  4. Tap Cancel subscription and follow the steps.

You manage the membership in the store you bought it in. If you subscribed on an iPhone and now use Android (or the other way round), Mova tells you where: for example Manage it in the App Store on your iPhone or iPad.

Free trial

Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid being charged. The store shows the exact date; Mova shows it too, under Membership (Annual · trial ends …, then renews).

After you cancel

  • You keep full access until the end of the period you’ve paid for (or the end of your trial). Membership then shows Active until … and won’t renew.
  • When it ends, your data stays saved and you can renew any time. See What happens when your membership ends.

Things that don’t cancel it

  • Deleting the Mova app.
  • Deleting your Mova account. Deleting your Mova account doesn’t cancel your subscription. Cancel in the store first.
  • Signing out of Mova.

Refunds

Cancelling stops the next payment but doesn’t refund one you’ve already made. For iPhone purchases, Apple decides on refunds; for Android, Google can refund in the first 48 hours, and after that you can ask us. See Refunds.
