A full screen Your last payment didn’t go through, so your membership is paused. Your membership is paused until the payment goes through. Your data is saved.

Fix it

  1. In Mova, tap Update payment. Your App Store or Google Play subscriptions open.
  2. Update or add a payment method (steps below).
  3. Back in Mova, tap I’ve updated it — check again (or Check status again on the Membership screen).

On iPhone

Open the Settings app, tap your name, then Payment & Shipping (or Media & Purchases, depending on your iOS version), and update your payment method.

On Android

Open the Google Play app, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, and choose Mova. Update your payment method there.

It can take a little while before the store tells Mova the payment worked. If Mova still says there’s a problem, wait a few minutes and check again.

Your data

Nothing is deleted. Your goals, plan and walks are kept while the payment is sorted out, and if your membership ends. See What happens when your membership ends.

Don’t want to continue?

Then you don’t need to fix the payment: cancel in the store instead. See Cancel your membership.
